Registration Fee
To reserve your child’s spot on our eagerly anticipated waiting list, we kindly ask for the completion of our registration form along with a £85 non-refundable registration fee. Once these are in hand, we’ll swiftly provide you with an estimated start date, so you can begin counting down the days to the exciting journey ahead.
Deposits
We will also require a £350.00 refundable deposit to secure your space. This deposit will be returned during your child’s last month at the nursery.
Discounts
In an effort to assist and support the families in our nursery community, we are delighted to introduce a special 10% siblings discount. This discount will be applied to the fees of the eldest child in the family and is designed to make quality early education more accessible. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Our goal is to ensure that each child’s educational journey is not only enriching but also family-friendly, and we’re pleased to extend this benefit to you.
Fees
All fees should be settled in advance on the first day of each calendar month. We offer flexible payment options, including standing orders and cash payments, making it easier for you to manage your child’s educational expenses. To get a comprehensive understanding of our fee structure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our nursery manager, who will be more than happy to guide you through the details during your call or visit. Your child’s education is our priority, and we aim to make the financial aspect as straightforward as possible.

Fees include snacks and drinks (milk and water).
Nappies, wipes, creams and milk should be provided by parents.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for sickness or holidays. Any adjustments in fees will be communicated two months in advance of affecting your invoice and will be determined based on the nursery’s operational costs.
Session Timings
- AM sessions - 8:30am - 11:30am
- PM sessions - 12:30pm - 3:30pm
- Breakfast Club - 7:30am - 8:30am
- Tea Club - 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Late Fees
Charges will be applied for children not collected by the finishing time of their session. Children collected later than the scheduled leave time will be charged £10.00 for the first 10 minutes and £1.00 per minute thereafter per child. These charges are applicable to funded and fee-paying children.
Fee payments not received by the 3rd of each month will be subject to a £20.00 late fee.
Flexible Early Education Funding
We offer free 15 and 30 hours funding term time. These hours are completely free for children from 2- 3 years old. Speak to our Nursery Manager directly for more information on the hours we can offer.
Subsequently, please be aware that we cannot give back any unused hours or sessions. However, Parents have the flexibility to choose drop-off and pick-up times according to their needs.
