At Cherish Childcare we work closely with Hackney’s children’s Early Year’s inclusion team to seek advice and devise a comprehensive plan to support children with additional or emerging needs. We have developed a systematic approach to collect data on children’s needs in order to inform the Education Health and Care Plan assessment process which will essentially benefit children to achieve future success.
